Set-up

This includes unloading the truck, lifting heavy items, laying flooring, putting up truss pieces, hanging lights,  hanging large screens, and putting together set pieces.

Set-up Front Lobby

This includes setting up tables, highlighting bibles, hanging banners, organizing sign-in & registration area, setting up merchandise & concessions tables.

Registration

This job includes greeting students as they come in the door, making sure all students register upon entering and receive a wristband.

Data Entry

This job requires persons to bring a laptop to the event and fill in all data from student registration cards & commitment cards into an excel spreadsheet.

Merchandise & Concessions

This includes selling merchandise, small concessions, and maintaining the cash box.

Altar Servers/Ushers

This includes praying with students who make a commitment and available to answer questions.  Be sure to get students name on a commitment card and give to data entry.

Security         

This job requires guarding the parking lots and building for inappropriate activity during the event.  No student should leave the building until the events is finished.

Stage crew

This includes assisting BJ during the event with all behind the scenes set changes.  Some heavy lifting.

Camera

This includes knowledge of running a camera during the event.

Lighting

This includes knowledge of running lights during the event.

This includes taking photos during set-up and during the event for marketing purposes.

This includes assisting Jodie with setting up lunch & dinner for all volunteers.

Tear-down

This includes staying up late, lifting heavy items, tearing down truss, lighting, flooring, and loading the trucks, as well as tearing down front lobby area.

*Please note that you can volunteer in more than one area throughout the day.  We encourage volunteers who would like to set-up or tear-down to choose one or the other as it makes for a long day.  Thank you again for volunteering!
